What We Inspect and Why
A visual examination of the main structural elements, systems, and components of the house that are accessible constitutes a home inspection. Obtaining a home inspection is an essential step when buying a home, as it represents one of the most significant investments in your life. A professional inspector will meticulously search for and document defects, some of which might not be apparent to you as a prospective buyer. These issues can range from minor repairs or replacements to severe damages and potential health and safety concerns. We look at the following systems in your home:
-
Interior, exterior, walls, windows, and doors
-
HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
-
Basement, crawlspace, and structure
-
Fireplace
-
Roof and attic
-
Electrical
-
Plumbing
Meet Your Inspector
Michael Harding
We are a family-run small business. My name is Mike Harding and I am a proud husband and father. I served in the Army National Guard from 2005-2014, deploying 3 times. I am an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran who values hard work and integrity, and I seek to honor Jesus in all I do. This means that when I inspect your house I will do so with excellence. I bring with me years of experience living overseas and in many different states, I have seen some weird things in my travels. Our family has personally walked through the process of having our home built and know the stresses that it can bring. I am also a published author of a small devotional. You can find my book, 35 Days in Paul's Letter to the Philippian Church, on Amazon.
